About Our Knives

What type of steel do you use?

All Cinderblade knives are hand-forged from premium Damascus steel, typically crafted from high-carbon steel combinations such as 1095 & 15N20, or VG-10 core with layered Damascus cladding. Our blades range from 512-layer to 67-layer Damascus patterns, each with a hardness rating of 59–60 HRC β€” delivering exceptional edge retention and durability.

Are your knives handmade?

Yes, absolutely. Every single Cinderblade knife is hand-forged and hand-finished by skilled craftsmen. No two knives are exactly alike β€” each one carries its own unique Damascus pattern, making it a one-of-a-kind piece.

What handle materials do you use?

We use a variety of premium handle materials including stabilized resin, maple wood, ebony wood, camel bone, stag antler, and carbon fiber. Each material is selected for its durability, grip, and aesthetic appeal.

Do your knives come with a sheath?

Most of our fixed-blade and hunting knives come with a genuine leather sheath or belt holster. Folding pocket knives typically include a pocket clip. Product listings will always specify what's included.

Are Cinderblade knives suitable for everyday carry (EDC)?

Many of our knives are specifically designed for EDC use β€” compact, lightweight, and built for real-world performance. Check the product description for EDC suitability. Always ensure you comply with your local laws regarding knife carry.


Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment stage.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

My order hasn't moved in several days β€” what should I do?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of every blade we forge. If your knife arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right β€” whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our knives are built to last a lifetime with proper care. We cover manufacturing defects. Please note that damage caused by misuse, improper sharpening, or neglect is not covered under warranty.
