Where is My Package?
We know the anticipation of waiting for a hand-forged Cinderblade knife is real. Once your order leaves our workshop, we want to make sure you always know where it is. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your shipment.
Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please check your inbox β and your spam/junk folder β if you haven't received it.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in and view your order status directly from your account dashboard.
Step 2: Track Your Package
Use your tracking number on any of the following platforms for the most accurate and up-to-date information:
- 17track.net β Excellent for international shipments, supports most carriers worldwide.
- Parcelsapp.com β Great for tracking across multiple carriers in one place.
- Your local postal service website β Once the package arrives in your country, your local carrier will often have the most detailed local tracking updates.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
Tracking statuses can sometimes be confusing. Here's what the most common ones mean:
- "Shipment information received" / "Label created" β Your order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated. The package may not have been physically handed to the carrier yet.
- "In transit" β Your package is on its way. It may be moving between sorting facilities or on a flight.
- "Arrived at customs" / "Customs clearance" β Your package is being processed by customs in your country. This is completely normal and can take 2β10 business days.
- "Out for delivery" β Your package is with your local delivery driver and should arrive today.
- "Delivered" β The carrier has marked the package as delivered. Check your mailbox, front door, with a neighbor, or building reception if you haven't received it.
- No update for several days β This is common during international transit, especially between carrier handoffs. See our Order Stuck or Not Moving page for guidance.
Estimated Delivery Times
Cinderblade ships from Pakistan. Below are general estimated delivery windows by region. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees β customs processing and local carrier performance can affect actual delivery times.
- United States & Canada: 10β18 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10β16 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12β20 business days
- Middle East: 7β14 business days
- Rest of World: 14β25 business days
These timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Orders are typically dispatched within 1β3 business days of being placed.
My Package Says "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It
This can happen occasionally. Here's what to do:
- Check around your property β front door, back door, garage, mailbox, and any secure parcel lockers.
- Ask neighbors if they may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Check with your building's reception or concierge if applicable.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number β sometimes packages are held there if delivery was unsuccessful.
- If you still cannot locate the package after 3 business days of the "delivered" status, please contact us and we will assist you.
